I believe wellness is multifaceted. It takes a therapeutic community to support physical strength and longevity. Constantly navigating chronic symptoms of injury and overuse can be confusing and frustrating.

My Story
Making Whistler Home
Raised in Montreal, I was committed to the “city slicker” lifestyle so it shocked me when I turned wilderness junky.
While visiting Whistler in 2010, I found true love in the mountain culture. Making my home in the “Sea to Sky” for over a decade has been a deeply rewarding experience. Exploring new activities such as powder skiing, backcountry, mountain biking, hiking, trail running and kiteboarding.
Surpassing my own mental and physical obstacles in ways I never imagined. I am constantly working through negative effects of multiple concussions, joint trauma, tissue damage and minor spinal injuries.
My conclusion: What feeds the soul does not always sustain the body but self care can reduce limitations.
My Journey into Massage
In 2009, I started my voyage by completing a Kinetic Swedish Massage course at Kine-Concept Institute in Montreal. I studies various techniques over the years including Thai massage at the International Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I worked in Nova Scotia at a wilderness resort and in Calgary at a spinal decompression clinic as a certified massage practitioner.
I settled in for 9 years at the Four Season Resort Spa in Whistler. During this time I built a mobile massage business through word of mouth. As time passed the therapeutic goals and needs of each individual became more complex, inspiring me to complete a clinically expansive education.
From 2019-2021, I attended the Alberta College of Massage Therapy to acquire a registered massage therapy diploma. In June 2022, I became registered in British Columbia.
